I’m a Business Strategist and Mindset Coach based in Vancouver, BC, supporting boutique Studio owners across the UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond. With a First-Class BSc in Marketing and experience scaling a fast-growing female healthtech company, I bring both big-picture thinking and grounded strategy to the work we do together.
But I’m not just someone who gets business — I get your world, too.
As a yoga teacher and coach, I know what it’s like to stand at the front of the room, build a community, and try to do all the things behind the scenes. I’ve felt the passion and the pressure — and I’ve seen how quickly exhuastion and frustraion creeps in when the business side doesn’t feel clear.
That’s why I do what I do.
